Orders and payments

Payments

Already made a bank transfer and my order is still on “waiting for payment” status, why?


We monitor payments made by bank transfer on a daily basis. You will receive a confirmation mail when the amount is credited, then the order will move forward, to be prepared. Payment processing time depends on your bank.
This payment is available for Italian territory only.

What payments can I choose for an order with a delivery outside Italy?

You can arrange a payment with Paypal or credit card only, when placing an order with a delivery abroad.

Is it possible to pay cash when goods are delivered?

Yes, it is possible, just select “cash on delivery” as terms of payment. You will be allowed to pay cash directly to the courier, just be sure to have the right amount of money to give to the courier. This service has an extra cost of 7 € that will be automatically included in the order.
This payment is available for Italian territory only.

Orders

I made a mistake and I already completed my order, can I delete it?

Should the payment be completed already, please send a mail as soon as possible to info@baglicious.it.
If the order has not left yet, we will proceed with cancellation and reimbursement. If the order has already left, you can proceed with a return.

I made a mistake and I already completed my order, can I add, change or delete any product?

No, it is not possible. But please, remember you have 14 days from the delivery date to ask for return and refund under any justification. Just check here. In case you want to add a product, please proceed with a new order.

Can I change the method of payment in my order?

No, it is not possible. Once you have completed an order, you cannot modify it. You can simply delete the wrong order and proceed with a new one.

Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times for Italy, from the shipment

  • On average, 1-2 days for big cities;
  • 2-4 days for small provinces and inconvenient areas;
  • up to 5 days for islands.

Delivery times outside Italy, from the shipment

  • EUR1 area (Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands): 2-3 working days;
  • EUR2 area (Denmark, France, Great Britain): 3-5 working days;
  • EUR3 area (Croatia, Poland, Czech Rep, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary): 3-5 working days;
  • EUR4 area (Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Sweden): 4-6 working days.
How can I check my shipment status?

Once you have completed an order, you will get two mails: the first is your order confirmation and the second will be sent once the merchandise has left. In this last mail you will find a link with the Tracking Number, to follow your shipment in real time on the website of GLS courier.

I received an item which is damaged and defective, what can I do?

If the merchandise you received is someway damaged or defective, please send a mail to info@baglicious.it showing the problem you observed and order number reference. Please send also pictures or videos of the problem, if possible.
We will evaluate the kind of problem in order to proceed with the substitution or suggest a solution.

I received a wrong item, what can I do?

If you found an item in your parcel which is different from what you ordered, please send a mail to info@baglicious.it showing order number reference and what you received instead.
We will arrange a shipment of the missing item and we will collect the wrong one at the same time of delivery.
You will receive instructions for pick-up.

The courier didn’t find me, what to do?

Italy only

The courier will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. If the first does not succeed, there will be another attempt on the next day.
Should the second attempt be unsuccessful, your parcel will be left at a depot where you can collect it in the next 10 days. You will get a mail with all the details of the closest depot.

Outside Italy

The courier will make one attempt to deliver your parcel. Should this attempt be unsuccessful, your parcel will be left at a depot where you can collect it in the next 10 days. You will get a mail with all the details of the closest depot.

Shipping costs

Italy

Shipping cost are for free for orders with an amount of at least 60 € (VAT included).

For orders of less than 59,99 € (VAT included) shipping costs for a shipment to Italy will be 6 € (VAT included).

Abroad

Shipping charge for orders outside Italy is always calculated on the Country of destination and goods in the order. The amount for shipping costs will be displayed on check out page.

Shipping cost abroad are for free for orders with an amount of at least 100 € (VAT included).

Can I change shipping address in my order?

If the order has not left yet: you can change delivery address from your account but please send an email with the request for change to info@baglicious.it. A mail from our side will have to confirm the change, then your new address will be active.
If the order has already left: no, it is not possible to change. Goods have to go to the depot before informing the courier with the new shipping address. At that moment, the new address will be communicated.

Return, exchange and refund

How to ask for a return?

You can count on 14 days from the delivery date to proceed with a return in a quick and easy way. To start the procedure, please send a mail to info@baglicious.it with order number and reason for such a return. We will send all the info you need for the return shipment.
Please be informed that return shipping costs are at your charge. Reimbursement will be arranged within 72 hours from the arrival of the goods at our warehouse, net of shipping costs. More info on Right of Revocation and procedure here.

I have changed my mind, can I replace an item I received?

Yes, you can. Please send an email to info@baglicious.it with order number, the item you would like to replace and the new item you would like to receive instead. We will contact you with all instructions.
Shipping costs are at your charge.
The item you are sending back has to be untouched, with intact hangtag.

Info on products

I don't know which satchel is best suited to my needs, how do I choose?
  • Mini satchel
    
It's our smallest satchel, about the size of a pencil! Perfect for children or as a special bag / clutch.
  • Medium satchel
    The version of the satchel more like a bag. It is carried only over the shoulder and contains the wallet and all the small accessories that we want to carry during the day. It contains an Ipad to size.
  • Daytime satchel
    The version of the satchel more like a bag for those who have various things to carry with them. It can be carried only over the shoulder and comfortably contains sachet wallet and everything you need for your days. It is not recommended for carrying the PC (unless it is very small and flat), but it can comfortably hold a tablet.
  • Tuc satchel
    
The satchel with the most vintage flavor! It is smaller than the folder / backpack, as it does not contain PCs and notebooks but can contain tablets, books, lunch and everything needed for the day. It is often taken as a bag or as a satchel for younger children. It can be carried either over the shoulder or as a backpack.
  • Backpack satchel
    It is our largest satchel! You can comfortably carry your pc up to 15.60 inches. Or a notebook with rings, books and supplies for the office / school and everything you need for your days. The briefcase can be used as a backpack or shoulder bag.
Do all the satchels also carry as a backpack?

No, only two models have the use of both shoulder bag and backpack:

  • backpack satchel;
  • tuc satchel.

Discount codes, newsletter and gift cards

How to subscribe to the newsletter?

You can sign up for the newsletter from here.

How can I use the discount code I get when I sign up for the newsletter?

Once you sign up for the newsletter you will receive a mail confirming the registration. Inside this e-mail you will find a promo code, a set of numbers and letters you will have to enter in the “promo code” box before proceeding with the payment.
If you do not find the confirmation mail please check spam/ junk/unwanted folders in your mail account.

How can I purchase a gift card?

Straight from “Gift card” section.
You can choose amount (from 25 € on) and the delivery way (a pdf file to download or to be sent by e-mail).

How can I use my gift card?

3 steps only to use your gift card when purchasing an item:

  • choose the item to purchase and add it to Cart;
  • complete your order;
  • on Payment section, please fill in the designated area with your gift cart code.

If the amount of your gift card is more than what purchased, you will find the balance in “My benefits” section.
Should the amount be lower than what purchased, you will have to pay the difference.

My discount code does not work: what can I do?

Remember to check expiry date in your promo code. Moreover:

  • gift cards have one year as expiry date;
  • check you have fill in the code properly, with no mistakes of spaces among the characters;
  • if your code is correct, you will see a writing confirming the reduction in price;
  • codes cannot be combined;
  • if you own more than a code, you can use only one code in your order.

How can I get in touch with you customer service?

You will find a “Contact us” section in the lower half of the website. Just enter the section and you will see a phone number and a form to fill in, should you prefer to send a mail.
You can also use online chat to immediately get in touch with our team.

I would like to become a dealer, how can I do?

In the area of this website which is reserved to professionals you will be able to purchase all items for direct-to-consumer resell with dedicates discount rates. Just visit the related section and fill in the form. If approved, you will be contacted by our sales dept by sending UserID and login password.
